Have a rainbow on your plate and take more serotonin rich foods such as salmon, nuts, pineapples. All these are mood boosting foods.
3. Support system
With all chronic illnesses, support systems are crucial. These can be in the form of strong family bonds or friends. in most cases though support groups are very beneficial since you share your thoughts with people who are going through the same issue as you.
4. Meditation
5 minutes of meditation including breathing exercises has been shown to greatly improve mood, concentration and overall manage anxiety.
